Review storefront settings
Open the widget editor and your moderation settings to decide how submissions should appear and whether new reviews publish automatically or stay pending.

Test both submission paths
Submit a test review from the storefront and also test a verified-buyer review request email so both collection flows work as expected.
Common issues
The button does not open
Confirm the app embed is enabled, the block is present on the active product template, and the storefront theme was saved after adding it.
New reviews do not appear right away
Check your moderation settings. Reviews can remain pending until approved, even when the storefront submission succeeds.
