Start from Settings > Widgets
Open the Widgets page in Atisam - Product Reviews App first. It shows whether the app embed is enabled and which widget blocks are already detected in your theme.

Enable the app embed and add blocks
In the Shopify theme editor, enable Atisam - Product Reviews App under App embeds, then add the required Atisam widget block to the product template or supported section where it should appear.

Open the widget editor
Return to the Widgets page in the app and open the widget editor for the block you added. Use it to control layout, visibility, text, and styling before checking the live storefront.
Common issues
Widgets are not visible
Confirm the app embed is enabled, the block is added to the active theme template, and you saved the correct published theme after editing.
A widget looks different
Check whether the widget has its own editor settings that override the global branding colors, spacing, or card styles.
