Test the popup on the live storefront
Check the tab on desktop and mobile so you can confirm the launcher position, popup spacing, and review actions feel correct in the active theme.
Common issues
The tab is hidden
Check the app embed status first, then confirm the widget is not hidden by its own visibility or device settings.
The popup does not match the rest of the storefront
Review the widget editor settings and your global branding values so the popup uses the intended colors, surfaces, and spacing.
