Prepare the review data
Make sure your file includes the product identifier, rating, reviewer details, review content, and any optional fields you want to carry over such as dates or media.

Run the import and inspect the results
After the import finishes, review the import results and any skipped rows so you can correct invalid product matches, ratings, or missing fields before trying again.
Common issues
Rows are skipped
Check required fields, product handle or ID matching, and valid rating values before re-running the import.
Imported media is missing
Confirm the source data includes supported media values and that any media URLs are reachable.
