Configure the reward delivery setup
Reward emails use the same verified SMTP settings from Email Settings, so confirm your delivery setup is already working before turning rewards on.

Control product eligibility
Use Product Management and your reward rules to control which products should participate in review-based rewards.

Approve eligible reviews
When an eligible review is approved, Atisam can generate the Shopify discount code and send the reward to the reviewer.
Common issues
Coupon was not sent
Check that coupon rewards are enabled, SMTP is configured, the review has a customer email, and the product or review meets the reward rules.
Customer did not receive the reward email
Verify SMTP delivery in Email Settings and confirm the reviewer email is valid before testing the reward flow again.
